We charge 100% of Medical Aid Rate (R1245) PLUS a co-payment of R410 per session. The co-payment can be settled after each session. This will not be covered by your medical aid.
PMB
According to Prescribed Minimum Benefit legislation, you are entitled to hospital-based management for mental health conditions of up to three weeks (21 days) a year or 15 out-patient psychotherapy sessions for mental health.
There are certain requirements before you can benefit from PMB.
We will apply to your medical aid provider, IF the treating psychologist are satisfied that you meet the requirements.
