Our treatment at the hospital is highly specialized, and the cases we manage are complex. Our team of psychologists have extensive specialization in the field of child, adolescent and adult psychiatry. Treatment is multifaceted, and requires intervention at various levels, not only for psychotherapeutic input, but also for psychological assessment, neuro-assessment, case management, placement, scholastic assessment and evaluation, and systemic family and parent interventions. The level of intervention is extensive, and patients walk away with comprehensive care. 

In light of the specialized care provided, we implement an administrative fee of R2500 for in-patient services. This fee is necessary to support the comprehensive management and coordination of your treatment. Please note that this administrative charge is not covered by your medical aid or Gap cover.

If you are a member of any of the following medical aids—Bonitas, Profmed, Fedhealth, Polmed, Keyhealth, or Medihelp— you will not be responsible for the administrative fee.  These particular plans cover more than 100% of the medical aid rates, which means that the administrative fee is already included in your coverage.
